gnome dead, accidently selected cursors instead of icons
hey
i have just screwed up my gnome settings. in the theme manager, i accidently selected a cursor theme as an icon set. my gnome went crazy and died on me. now, whenever i try and start it up, i get the ubuntu splash with no icons, and it doesn't load.
how can i reset my gnome themes and get it working again?
you can try resetting all your gnome settings by deleting the .gnome and .gnome2 files in your home folder (boot off a live cd, mount you installation and show hidden files).
might be an idea to submit a but report too.
